Hi, I am not talking about painting the kids rooms walls and trim. I am talking about you, picking up a paint brush, and drawing a picture that your family would be proud to hang on the wall. OK, so maybe it may take the family to get used to your new talent as an artist. That’s just the way family’s are, but you will be so satisfied with yourself as you finish your first painting class with a picture you will treasure forever.

I am Petra and I am here to teach you how to paint. One way or another I will teach you to paint! I teach a number of different types of painting, but the first one will be the easiest, Donna Dewberry’s One Stroke Painting. The One Stroke painting developing program is part of Dewberry’s Folk Art Collection.
As you become better at One Stroke, there are additional painting avenues that you can choose to branch off to. There are seascapes, landscapes, country scenes, etc.
